Terms of Sale

Please review the following before attempting to purchase an artwork by Miss Grace Blair.

To make a purchase request you must provide a deposit for the artwork, refundable at 90%. After which point you will receive an Art Purchase Agreement, valid for 7 days. In order to complete the purchase you must review and sign the Art Purchase Agreement within 7 days. If an agreement is not signed by both parties, you ("The Client") and Miss Grace Blair ("The Artist"), within 7 days, the offer will expire and your deposit will be refunded at 90%, and your order . Miss Grace Blair reserves the right to retain 10% of your deposit as a transaction fee.
